David Cavey Will Protect The Equity In Your Home

VANCOUVER – David Cavey, Conservative Party of Canada candidate for Vancouver Centre stated today that he will protect your equity in your principal residence from Hedy Fry and Justin Trudeau. Without exception.
“This secret homeowner tax is exactly the kind of costly new measure a re-elected Liberal government would force upon Canadians” said Cavey.
The Liberal plan began in 2016 when Trudeau introduced a mandatory Canadian Revenue Agency reporting of your primary home sale - along with other new higher taxes.
In 2018, behind closed doors in a Liberal caucus meeting, Justin Trudeau’s housing expert, Adam Vaughan, proposed a plan to implement a tax on up to 50% of the profits on the sale of your home.
In 2019, the Liberal government racked up an irresponsible 20 billion dollar deficit in four short years, despite Trudeau promising Canadians a small, temporary deficit.
In a meeting with concerned homeowners, David Cavey was emphatic “I promise to protect your hard-earned home equity under any circumstances” Cavey said “I think of all the sacrifices you have made to pay down your mortgages over the years, in order to build your home equity. I’m incensed over this attempt to crush your future in order to fix the national financial problems Hedy Fry and Justin Trudeau created.”
David Cavey was specific “For the vast majority of us the equity in our home is the cornerstone of our economic freedom and safety, this will not stand.”
This election is a clear, binary, choice between higher taxes on one side, and lower taxes on the other.
FACT: Trudeau will need more of your money to pay for his never-ending deficits
FACT: Trudeau’s candidates have already admitted the carbon tax will keep going up.
FACT: Trudeau said he’d lower taxes on the middle class. Instead, he’s raised them on 80% of middle-class families.
FACT: Trudeau said he’d balance the budget in 2019. Instead, he’s running massive deficits which will mean higher taxes.
You just can’t trust Justin Trudeau. He is not as advertised.
